Mike Davison – Chief Financial Officer

As AArete’s CFO, Mike is responsible for all financial functions within the organization, including the setting and implementation of controls and informing strategies to achieve the firm’s growth objectives. Mike brings more than 25 years of financial experience in optimizing operating plans and driving company performance. 

Before joining AArete, he spent 18 years with The Boston Consulting Group as an affiliate controller and senior manager. Mike also served as CFO of Grenzebach, Glier & Associates, which is now part of Huron Consulting, and spent several years as an independent corporate financial consultant. Mike holds a Kellogg Executive MBA in Management from Northwestern University, an MBA with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University, and a B.S. degree in Accounting from Valparaiso University. He serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Polaris Charter Academy in Chicago.
