Nihar Kanodia – Director, Learning & Development

Nihar Kanodia leads Learning & Development (L&D) at AArete. His background is anchored in healthcare with professional experiences in medical devices, government policy, home-care, and healthcare consulting. Nihar’s responsibilities include management and support of individual and team development for all AArete teams and individuals. Key initiatives and oversight include onboarding, specialized training, promotional training, internal vs. external training and resources, learning development tools and platforms, and individual and small team coaching.

Nihar’s expertise includes project management, client delivery, customer orientation, process improvement, increasing team dynamics, adaptability, organization, and development of strategic partnerships. Leveraging Nihar and AArete’s L&D’s collective experience and expertise, L&D’s main objective is developing AArete’s people and teams to be the best versions of themselves, delivering excellence to our clients.

Nihar is a Michigan Wolverine through and through with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Health Management and Policy.
