Her approach delivers unprecedented accuracy, efficiency, and savings, securing up to 5% in medical claims savings and up to 18% in administrative cost reductions for clients on average. As a founding Executive Sponsor of AArete’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), Maria has also mentored colleagues, helping guide the careers of several women from Consultant to Managing Director.
