Darren Ghanayem – Managing Director

Darren Ghanayem, managing director at AArete, has a deep history of working at the nexus of healthcare and IT. He has a track record of fostering innovation, transparency and results in his previous roles. Darren served as executive vice president and chief information officer for WellCare, where he was responsible for further advancing WellCare’s technology capabilities to support the company’s focus on growth and innovation. He also spent more than 15 years with Elevance, formerly Anthem, Inc., where he provided leadership for a broad variety of technology initiatives that fueled Anthem’s successful growth.  During that time Darren refined his deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and how technology can enable business success by combining deep business acumen with creative technical solutions.
