
Jacqueline Jacobi – Director, Pharmacy
Jackie is a seasoned Pharmacist with over 30 years of experience in managing Health plans, Hospital Pharmacies, Consulting in LTC, and Managed care practice. She is an expert in all lines of business in many states. During her career, she has served as Regional Director of Pharmacy and VP of Healthcare Services for Molina Healthcare as well as Director of Pharmacy for Cortland Regional Medical Center and Associated Care Venture.
Jackie is a dynamic healthcare leader overseeing New York, Florida, and South Carolina operations, specializing in pharmaceutical cost containment through industry and clinical trend analysis. Her initiatives reduced ED spending by $4 million and generated multiple million-dollar profit improvements. She established Pharmacy departments for Medicare and Medicaid Plans in two states and improved quality measures through Member and Provider education and Value-Based contracts, supported by enhanced reporting and Power BI dashboards. Under her management, a regional rebate program achieved 25% higher rebates while reducing specialty spending below 25%.
Jackie’s leadership in revamping J code, NDC, and CPT programs yielded a $10 million recovery. Her service experience includes the NY State Governor’s Board for Hepatitis C eradication, Florida’s AHCA board for MCOs and high-cost/low-use medications, and five years on the New York State Medicaid Drug Utilization Board. She collaborates across the Quality, Accreditation, and Provider Relations departments while serving as a Preceptor for SUNY Binghamton and Albany College of Pharmacy schools’ internship programs.
Jackie holds a BS in Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and is an active member of the American Society of Managed Care Pharmacists.
