Jacqueline Jacobi – Director, Pharmacy
With over 15 years of experience in Long-Term Care Consulting, Jackie has built a distinguished career, including founding her own LLC business. Jackie has served as a Director of Pharmacy across multiple healthcare sectors, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace Pharmacy for both large and small health plans. Her expertise extends to building health plan pharmacy programs for start-up companies, including Molina of NY, while developing cost-saving initiatives across multiple states.
Jackie has spearheaded multi-million-dollar J code recovery projects, negotiated PBM contracts, and driven clinical programs for better case management of conditions such as sickle cell and hemophilia. They have also overseen the quality department, leading efforts to improve clinical measures and create dashboards that uncover funding for specialized HIV members. As Vice President of Healthcare Services, she focused on reducing medical spend.
Jackie has participated on numerous influential boards, including the NY State Drug Utilization Review Board, initiatives to eradicate Hepatitis C, and the Behavioral Health Committee for improving utilization management and adherence to antipsychotic treatments for schizophrenic patients. Additionally, she served as Director of Pharmacy for a mid-sized hospital in New York and Director for the Upstate Hospitals Group Purchasing Organization, being selected by the GPO as one of the top 10 Pharmacy Directors in the U.S.
