Mary Mulder Deitte – Talent Director

Mary Mulder Deitte is experienced in people operations, including resource management, talent acquisition, human resources, and workforce planning. In her time at AArete, she has focused on strategically building out processes and efficiencies to drive organizational excellence to prepare for growth. Mary acts as a conduit between identified gaps in our workforce and purposeful hiring plans, all through data-driven decision-making. As Talent Director, she finds great joy in creating meaningful roles that help our field team members, as well as the people team, thrive. Mary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resource Management, from Loyola University Chicago.
