Mary Deitte – Vice President, People

Mary Deitte is an accomplished people operations leader with nearly 15 years of experience spanning resource management, talent acquisition, human resources, and workforce planning. As Vice President of People at AArete, she has focused on building scalable, strategic processes that drive organizational excellence and support the firm’s continued growth.

Mary leads the people team with a holistic, connected approach, aligning talent strategy across departments to ensure a seamless and intentional people experience. She partners closely with executive leadership to translate business goals into thoughtful workforce strategies, serving as a bridge between evolving talent needs and deliberate hiring, retention, and development initiatives.

With a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making, Mary’s work shapes organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, and culture-building efforts that foster both high performance and belonging. Mary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Loyola University Chicago. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and exploring the beautiful state of Michigan.
