Mo offers 9+ years of experience within the healthcare sector (payer & provider) to enhance operations, drive cost reduction, and improve revenue. She has specific expertise in conducting expense and operating model evaluations, operating model design, and maximizing value from administrative spend on internal and external programs.

She takes a holistic approach to ensure internal and external vendor programs are structured to drive operational and clinical outcomes. Her engagements have resulted in optimized costs, increased efficiencies, healthier member outcomes, and higher quality.

Mo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business.
