Patrick Glennon brings 8 years of expertise in management consulting driving sustainable growth and success within payer organizations. He specializes in profitability enhancement and large-scale change management, bringing in-depth experience with IT system migrations, technology enhancements, and portfolio management to ensure seamless transitions and optimized operational efficiency.

He brings subject matter expertise spanning all facets of payer operations, including provider data management (PDM), payment integrity, and claims adjudication logic. Additionally, he has supported clients in identifying opportunities to improve system configuration, credentialing, and network adequacy while leveraging performance analytics to drive informed decision-making.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
