Yoram “Yo” Percale – Director, Delivery

Yoram Percale is a Director in AArete’s Digital and Technology Solutions group. He enjoys helping clients initiate and deliver projects, programs, products, and ventures in uncharted domains and create organizations that foster highly creative, productive, and passionate teams.

Yo has a deep appreciation for the complex challenges facing leaders within fast-paced SP500-sized firms and holds extensive experience applying the techniques and disciplines that help them meet these challenges. He has designed and delivered strategic change and operating model transformation initiatives for top-tier financial services clients including Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Barclays, and Investec.

Yo holds a bachelor of commerce post-graduate degree in Investment Management from the University of Johannesburg and is a certified SAFe SPC (Scaled Agile For Enterprise Practice Consultant) and an International Coaching Federation PCC (Professional Certified Coach).
