AArete has announced the acquisition of Legerity, a technology consulting firm based in Norfolk, Virginia. This strategic acquisition will expand AArete’s technology solutions and capabilities for its clients in healthcare, financial services, and the public sector. 

The Legerity team brings extensive business and technical knowledge, including systems strategy and implementation expertise for Pega (workflow automation), and QNXT™ and Facets® (healthcare payer claims administration). Legerity is a Pega-authorized partner and brings a Pega-certified team to AArete.  

As part of the acquisition, AArete will sunset the Legerity brand. The two organizations will seamlessly integrate their solutions under AArete going forward to enhance their collective capabilities for existing and future client needs.
