Matt Burelbach has over 8 years of experience leading strategic supply chain, technology, and process improvement consulting engagements with Fortune 500 companies. He possesses cross-industry experience in financial services, healthcare, higher education, retail, and transportation. Matt has led multiple projects specializing in strategic cost reduction and process improvement.

He has worked extensively with clients’ C-suite leaders to support strategic technology decisions related to enterprise applications, post-merger integrations, technology rationalization, cloud migrations, AI, and cyber resiliency. His experience lies at the intersection of technology and supply chain operations, enabling him to lead complex projects in dynamic client environments where he thrives.

When Matt is not delivering on client engagements, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and live music. While in Chicago, he loves going to Cubs games and discovering new restaurants.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
